Connect your

to Booking.com

Thank you for your interest in a connectivity partnership with Booking.com

In an effort to ensure our teams are able to provide the strong partnership experience, we are pausing integrations with new connectivity providers until further notice. We will re-open the process for integrations once we are confident that we can fully support new partners.

Hands-on support

We're here to offer feedback and advice as you integrate with our APIs.

How it works

1

Submit your details

Fill in our online form so we can assess if you meet the requirements to become a Booking.com Connectivity Partner.

2

Check PCI & PII compliance

We want to be sure that all our partners handle personal data and payment information securely and safely. We'll review your compliance with official regulations and industry standards.

3

Provide required documents

Depending on your company and account details, we'll ask you to provide certain documents, sign some agreements, and complete our checklists.

4

Integrate with our APIs

As soon as we activate your account, you can create API test calls and start building your integration. We'll give you feedback and assistance along the way.

5

Submit integration for approval

Before you go live, we'll review the details of your integration to make sure it's up to our standards. We want every connected property to have the best possible experience.

6

Done!

Once your integration goes live, you can start monitoring it through our portal. The portal is also where you'll find actionable opportunities that help you earn benefits in our Partner Programme.

Frequently asked questions

We're already a Booking.com Connectivity Partner. How do I access our data?

You need a portal account. At least one person in your company should already have an account – ask them to request another one on your behalf.

What is PCI/PII compliance?

PCI stands for Payment Card Industry, and PII for Personally Identifiable Information. We'll review your compliance based on regulations from the European Union and the PCI Security Standards Council.

I own a property listed on Booking.com. Can I use the Connectivity APIs?

We don't accept direct connections from individual properties right now, but you can connect via a channel manager. Go to your property management page, log in, and select Account > Channel Manager in the top-right corner.
